  My name is Luis Lemus, and my experience with lowe's was terrible, i ordered a metal shed, the first time the delivery driver wanted to leave the boxes on the street, my wife asked him to take it back, cause they were to heavy to put it inside the house, and then we call back it took more than 20 minutes for someone to pickup the phone, and they said it will be delivered in 2 todays, nothing happened, called again they said it will be delivered on Friday march 9th and i got a phone call confirming the delivery, but it wasn't delivered, (it was a $75 delivery charge) i waisted so much time waiting for them, i called customer service they didn't do anything, so we canceled the order and bought another one from wallmart for $30 less, i will never buy anything from them, and will make sure my family and friends dont waist time with this poor customer service skills company.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an online order that was shipped through this store, unfortunately. They repeatedly failed to put the items on the truck for delivery, for several days in a row. They do not answer the phone. They do not call back as promised. When the delivery finally came, it was not only not during the scheduled window (it was early and I was lucky I happened to be home), and two out of four items were wrong. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. It should be closed permanently.
